General Building framework

NEW General Building framework

Arc Partnership Limited has submitted a Contract Notice to procure the second-generation of the General Building framework, to support the delivery of projects across Nottinghamshire County Council's wide-ranging property portfolio, which includes the iconic County Hall.

The framework, which is fully compliant with the UK's procurement regulations, will benefit SMEs across Nottinghamshire from as much as £16.5m of built environment projects over the next four years, with a programme of market engagement set to take place in the coming weeks.

Framework structure

Arc Partnership's General Building framework will operate for a period of four years between 2023 and 2027.

The opportunity to bid will be open to individual organisations, consortia, joint ventures or other similar arrangements, with a maximum of four contractors appointed to each lot across the framework.

PQQ submission deadline

The deadline for bidders to submit their Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is 12:00pm on Friday 17th June 2022.
