This framework is set up to provide the client with access to a good, reliable supplier who can provide mechanical engineering services, on an as and when required or scheduled basis.
This framework is set up to provide the client with access to a good, reliable supplier who can provide mechanical engineering services, on an as and when required or scheduled basis.
The framework will be utilised by all departments of the client.
The key areas of the service comprises of, but is not limited to:
- Plumbing & Water Systems - All plumbing works including cold/hot water services, drainage, sanitaryware, TMVs, unvented systems, and water hygiene activities
- Heating & Mechanical Plant - Heating systems including gas, oil, electric and renewable plant, distribution systems, pressurisation, and associated equipment
- Fuel, Gas & Energy Infrastructure - Fuel storage and supply systems, gas installations, detection and safety interlocks, and related energy systems
- Controls & Building Management - Heating and plumbing controls, BMS/BEMS systems, panels, sensors, valves, and automation interfaces
- Installation, Alterations & Fabric Interface - New installations, replacements, pipework alterations, dead leg removal, strip‑out works, and making good of building fabric
- Testing, Commissioning & Compliance - Testing, commissioning, certification, earthing and bonding, statutory compliance, and full system handover
