This contract is set up to provide the client and the PO with access to good, reliable contractor who can provide painting and decorating services, on an as and when required or scheduled basis.
The scope of this service includes the design, preparation, refurbishment, protection, and decoration of internal and external building surfaces, incorporating soft strip works, surface preparation, specialist coatings, cleaning, repair, and painting activities. Works shall be undertaken using appropriate access equipment and include the provision of all labour, materials, plant, and disposal of waste necessary to deliver a complete and professionally finished service.
