This contract is set up to provide the client with access to a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractor who can provide site set up and establishment services on an as and when required or scheduled basis.
Provision of site set up and establishment services.
The key areas of the service comprises of, but is not limited to:
- Site establishment and temporary works, including minor roads, paths, parking and reinstatement
- Decanting and recanting of customer items, fittings and furniture
- Site security measures, including hoardings, fencing, gates and vehicle barriers
- Protection of internal areas and finishes during works, with subsequent removal
- Ongoing maintenance of minor access routes and provision of general labour activities
