General Planned Maintenance
Working collaboratively with Nottinghamshire County Council’s strategic property department, Arc Partnership deliver the planned maintenance programme for the whole of the authority’s property portfolio, allowing local communities across Nottinghamshire to thrive.
Working closely with the Council and end-user clients, our teams provide design solutions and support with any planning requirements and procurement, project manage the site works and statutory compliance, including health and safety and risk management, through to handover and the provision of 12 months aftercare.
Additionally, ensuring the continuity of spaces and places our communities enjoy using, we also have a dedicated call centre for responsive repairs, which sees us operating a 24 hour, 365 day a year emergency call-out service for urgent repairs for the Council's property portfolio.
