Arc Partnership is a unique, multidisciplinary property services provider, focused on creating and protecting assets across Nottinghamshire.
Formed in 2016, we are a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE. As a company owned by the public sector, any surplus we generate from our operations is reinvested into service improvements or returned to our local government shareholders. We are the exclusive provider of services to Nottinghamshire County Council, supporting the creation of an efficient, safe and sustainable land and property portfolio. As a Teckal company, we primarily work with our public sector owners but also provide services to third-party clients, including delivery partners, within permitted limits.

Our development team excels in unlocking value from public sector land and property, offering a full range of development management solutions – from options appraisal and valuation to asset disposal. To date, we secured more than £28m in capital receipts for the Council as part of a programme of development activity and disposals, covering large scale housing, commercial and community land uses, with a total value exceeding £120m.
Our estates practice team, comprised of RICS-qualified experts, delivers the full range of professional services needed to support successful property projects and portfolios. We represent clients in land and property acquisitions and disposals, manage tenancies and leasehold matters, and provide various advisory services. We also manage portfolios of commercial and agricultural properties on behalf of public sector landlords.
We draw on our wider multidisciplinary services to enhance our offer – supporting everything from masterplanning and commercial advice to project management and the turnkey delivery of buildings and infrastructure. We complement our in-house capability by acting as an enabler for local delivery.
Our procurement approach supports local business, with more than 92% of our work for Nottinghamshire delivered through our local D2N2 based supply chain.

Jonathan Marriott continues: "This include new state-of-the-art schools, refurbishment of existing maintained schools, modernising its libraries and managing the development of the council’s new low carbon, all-electric office, Oak House."
