Nottinghamshire County Council has an extensive property portfolio and if a fire emergency arises, Arc Partnership's immediate response team are responsible for carrying out the variety of manual services that are required on a building once it is deemed safe to do so by officials.

A small service offering under our Construction Services delivery, accessed via our dedicated 24-hour emergency call centre, we provide an immediate response to secure the damaged building and make it safe, including a full clean-up, dehumidifying and electrical testing. To minimise impact of the fire on the local community and affected service provision, our team will then work closely with the Council, end user clients and insurance providers to source temporary accommodation if required, and coordinate and project manage the rectification works, from demolition and refurbishment through to new build.
